You cannot expect to live your healthiest lifestyle if the food you eat is bad for you. If you eat junk you will feel like junk.
The “Standard American Diet” now contains foods made of mainly animal products and processed foods. That kind of food is easy to find and is a big cause of overconsumption today. Portion sizes have greatly increase and food has become less nourishing. We are constantly hungry and are not eating foods that nourish our bodies. The calories we get our food from matters and you need to understand how they affect your body. This lesson and doing some research in this area will help you make the right choices and start finally eating healthy. Take a listen.
Main factors have contributed to human disease and obesity. Over 2/3 of Americans are overweight or obese. Overeating is a symptom of the real problem and not a cause. The problem is the quality of the calories we eat. The low grade addiction that is wreaking havoc on our healthcare system. We have the highest medical costs ever, and people are sicker than ever! People don’t see that it’s the food! It’s the only thing that has changed in all these generations of humanity.
We need whole, natural foods. We need to transition to a diet of plants and natural foods that truly give the body what it needs. So many lives are banking on this and it’s ridiculous that no one sees it! We need to change! Be a part of the solution and start upgrading your diet immediately.
Always remember, You are capable of amazing things and You are worthy of your wildest dreams!
Until next time, friends!
