Understanding Bio-Individuality
Hello friend!
Nutrition is one of the most important components in this wellness journey. We all know we should be eating healthy and many of simply don’t know how. We are not taught what a healthy diet looks like. Even doctors don’t know because they were not trained in nutrition science in medical school. No one has knows how to eat healthy and it has had dire consequences on public health. The reality is you will not lose weight if you continue to eat a junk food, fast food diet. Something has to change.
Remember there is no perfect diet. We are all different in so many ways, including how diet is best for our bodies. No two people have the same nutrition needs. This lesson is about a concept I learn in my health coaching certification program: bio-individuality. It is the idea that there’s is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and nutrition, and you just have to find what works for you. Take a listen.
Diets don’t work because following one is temporary. You need a total lifestyle transformation. That means giving up all that junk in favor of foods that are good for your body and promote health and vitality. When you find a nutrition lifestyle that works for you, you will feel nourished and physically the best you’ve ever felt. You will be happier because you are healthier and more able to enjoy your life. Finding the nutrition lifestyle that works for you is key in transforming your body and your mind.
We will discuss how the plant-based diet and any variation is the best “diet” to start with. Whole and natural foods help you body function at its peak and you will see that a plant-based diet does just that! We are all different and finding nutrition lifestyle that works for you is the best way to rev up your lifestyle transformation!
Always remember, You are capable of amazing things and You are worthy of your wildest dreams!
Until next time, friends!
XOXO,
