Crowding Out
Hello friend!
This lesson will help you start changing your diet in a very non threatening way. It can be impossible to give up your favorite things cold turkey and the constant temptations and thinking about what you are missing out on is torture. But you don’t have to give it all up at once. When you are able to stop and make the better choice, you will find yourself in a much better place because you have taken control.
Taking small steps with your towards you ideal diet will result in lasting change. This lesson is about an another I learn from health school is crowding out. You will see that this is a simple what to start incorporating healthy foods and slowly giving up the junk.
The more healthy foods you have in your diet, the less room you have for junk because you can only eat so much! Crowding out will ultimately help you appreciate a greater variety of healthy foods when you have them first. Your tastebuds will change. It’s a mindset trick. You will crowd out an unhealthy diet in favor of one that is full of healthy foods, with mild indulgences along the way. This is sustainable and makes you feel great. With some work, on your diet and on your lifestyle, you will get to where you want to be in your wellness journey.
