The Diet That Causes Disease
Hello friend!
This lesson is a hard one to swallow but don’t shy away from it. Be open-minded because it’s a lot. The reality is we are heavily tied to our animal products. The majority of diseases are proven to be caused by poor diet, and a history of poor eating significantly contributes to many of the diseases people face today. Half of all American adults have one or more preventable chronic diseases, many of which are due to poor quality eating habits and inactivity.
Lifestyle causes many curable diseases and we are too blind to see the damage of these foods. I know that you have favorites and they taste so good. Or many you eat mindlessly your favorite snack. Or you have a sweet tooth or constant cravings for junk. In this lesson you will see the true damage that this lifestyle can cause. Take a listen.
People don’t know what causes disease and it is keeping them sick. An unhealthy diet can increase chances of so many health conditions. The food industry has flooded our shelves with foods heavy in two components: sugar and fat. And they are keeping people fat, sick, and addicted. The proof is in our healthcare system. Clearly this modern system is not working!
We need to move away from this diet that is causing early death, sickness, and disease. And that starts with moving away from the current system and changing to a whole foods, plant-based diet. There is so much proof that this is the better way. Again be open-minded! This journey to transformation is about stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something different. Do your research. It could save your life or that of someone you love!
Always remember, You are capable of amazing things and You are worthy of your wildest dreams!
Until next time, friends!
XOXO,
