So with this module, keep an open mind and hear me out! Some of this information may surprise you. You will realize that food is the issue, and if you accept that you will be well on your way to lasting health. We are tied to many foods and lifestyle choices, and it can be hard to unlearn bad habits and behaviors. However, this transformation is about stepping outside of yourself and try different things you know are vital to your health.
Being healthy is to be in a state of overall wellness, physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Pursuing a healthy lifestyle is a form of self-care. It’s all about your willingness to invest the time, money, and energy to keep your body in total shape. There are so many factors that go into creating a lifestyle that promotes good health. Nutrition and exercise are vital for creating a healthy body. The foods you eat matter so much and can make or break your wellness journey. This lesson is about giving you hope that good health is possible and with effort you will find it. Take a listen.
Health is a journey not a destination. Remember food is medicine! Learn to listen to your body and give it the foods it needs to actually heal itself. What you put into your body matters. It is important to nourish yourself in a way that meets your body’s needs for nutrients and the basic important elements of life. You have control over what you put in your body, so choose whole and natural foods to create the body of your dreams!
