Defining Your Wellness Plan
Hello friend!
Now that you have momentum, it’s time to define your wellness plan. Don’t skip the planning phase! It is the blueprint of how your goals will come to fruition. You need direction and this lesson is all about how to construct your master plan. It’s important to move forward with clarity and intention. Use the opportunity at this stage to stop and get clear on what you want.
Everything has been leading to this. This is when you do the work. All the inner work you’ve done has been leading to this! This is where the magic happens! Be ready and start doing the real work today! Get out of your comfort zone and take this seriously! Take a listen.
So what do you want? Create a guide for yourself for achieving your dreams. Be committed to your plan. Do what you say you are going to do. Follow through. What new routines do you need to set? What is your concrete game plan? Prepare and plan ahead. You need to be consistently organized and ready to be successful. Research the knowledge and skills you need to properly execute your plans and seek out those resources.
Decide what you want your life to look like in 5 years. How do you want to feel? You can get so much done if you are intentional about how you use your time. Get organized. Makes plans for your journey and take control of your life NOW!
Always remember, You are capable of amazing things and You are worthy of your wildest dreams!

1. Write your top 3-5 goals for the year. Create an action plan with clear steps to accomplish them.
2. Create milestones to track your progress, then create a plan to celebrate hitting these landmarks.
3. Choose a planning method that works for you: a paper planner, Google, Outlook, etc. What system of organization works best for you?
