Cultivate Radical Self-Love

Hello friend!

This journey should be build on a foundation of radical self-love and confident in yourself. You should choose to transform your lifestyle because you love yourself, not because you hate your body. It is so important that you love yourself and give yourself grace at every stage of this process. Learn to love yourself through the transition.

You are worthy of transformation. At no point in your life have you been less than or undeserving. It’s time to step into the real you. Self-love should be the foundation for all of this. You need to look at your life and change because you want more for yourself. In this lesson I invite you to explore just what it means to love yourself and support yourself fully. Take a listen.

The desire to change must come from a place of self-love and compassion. You should strive to be better BECAUSE you love yourself, not so you finally start loving yourself. How you treat yourself shows others how to treat you. And it models for them how they should treat themselves as it was modeled for you.

You can acknowledge that things need to change without questioning your self-love or self-worth. These things can coexist. Loving yourself should be the goal and this transformation journey is one key in getting you there. Do everything with love and you have a much more beautiful relationship with yourself at the end of this.

Always remember, You are capable of amazing things and You are worthy of your wildest dreams!

Until next time, friends!
