We so easily turn to food into times of sadness, in times of pressure. and boredom. We use food for so many things. We don’t actually stop to think about what the foods we eat actually do to our bodies. It’s time we start thinking about it differently. Food plays a major role in the function of the body and it is important to understand the part it should play in your daily life. You really are what you eat.
