Introduction to Tiny Guide 3

Hello friend!

In this Tiny Guide, we’re focusing on one of the most tender and intense seasons of life: early parenthood. If you’re in the thick of it right now, I want you to hear this first—nothing is wrong with you.

These first weeks and months are often called the fourth trimester because the adjustment is still happening for both baby and parent. This video is here to help you navigate that transition with more compassion, more support, and more balance—without pressure or perfection.

Worksheet 3: Early Parenthood: Finding Balance, Support, and Stability After Baby

Let this guide remind you that early parenthood is not something you’re supposed to have mastered. It’s a season of learning, adjusting, and giving yourself grace in a time that asks so much of you.

You don’t disappear when you become a parent. It’s okay to love your child deeply and still miss parts of yourself. You are still allowed to matter, to need support, and to grow at your own pace in this new chapter.

As you move into the worksheet and supporting videos, take what you need and go slowly. Start with what feels most relevant right now, and return when you’re ready. One small step at a time is exactly how this season is meant to be held.

Always remember, You are capable of amazing things and You are worthy of your wildest dreams!

Until next time, friends!

XOXO,
