Supercharged Goal Setting
Hello friend!
You’ve now reached the point in the course where it’s time to take MASSIVE ACTION (thank you Tony Robbins)! You need to get serious about implementing everything you’ve learned and start building a lifestyle that suits what you want out of life. You create your reality and it’s time to start doing the real work. Start taking the necessary steps begin your journey to transformation.
In this lesson I want to help you come up with a list of concrete goals to work on. You have so much potential for greatness. And setting goals is a key part of living up to it. Without goals we are wasting the opportunity that each day brings. I want to help you see that there is work that needs to be done to achieve your dreams and that starts with setting goals. Take a listen.
You can do a lot with 24 hours. Are you being intentional about how you spend your time? Are you making this life mean something or are you just coasting? Every day is an opportunity to set a new intention and dream another dream. Choose to give your life purpose and set goals to achieve that purpose. This is your chance to start anew and really dig deep and go for what you want!
Remember, choose SMART goals (described below). Do the coursework and you will create a clear picture of what you want to do. Having goals helps you stay focused and start evolving. You can’t wait for thing to happen and hope they’ll change on their own. You have to take action. Do the work and set yourself up for success!
Always remember, You are capable of amazing things and You are worthy of your wildest dreams!
Until next time, friends!
XOXO,
Valerie

Creating SMART Goals
SPECIFIC– you have spelled out the who, what, when, where, and how of the goal that is to be achieved. It is about having a plan for how you will accomplish it. The more specific and detailed your plan, the more likely you will be successful.
MEASURABLE– you know how to track your progress and have distinct markers for knowing you are on track.
ATTAINABLE- you have the resources and skills to be successful. Others have accomplished this goal, and with the right plan, you know you can too.
REALISTIC– you know that you are capable of reaching this goal. You are willing and able to commit to it.
TIMELY- your goal has a timeline and a reasonable completion date.
