The Macronutrient Rundown
Hello friend!
Now it’s time to talk about the blocking blocks of food: the macronutrients protein, fat, and carbohydrates. All of them are crucial in a healthy diet and it’s about finding the right balance for your body. Everyone is different and different ratios work for different people. This is why I say food is bio-individual; there is no one perfect combination of macronutrients. It’s important to know what role each play in the body. This lesson is about helping you understand the science of the way food functions in our bodies. Don’t be blinded by fad diets and think about you. Take a listen.
It’s crucial to find the combination of macronutrients that meets your nutritional needs. It’s important to find a diet that supports your own health and lifestyle, rather than follow some fad diet. We are all bio-individual and our needs differ. Honor those different needs and work on figuring out your body because you know her best. Find a balance that will keep you happy for years to come.
