The Optimal Time to Embark on Your Fitness Journey

Hello friend!

Engaging in regular has powerful effects on the body. Intentionally moving your body every day is key in maintaining proper bodily function and mental clarity. Exercise is important for feelings of vitality and health. Regular exercise is proven to be necessary for a healthy lifestyle. There are so many ways in which physical activity benefits you and your body.

This lesson will show you just how important exercise is to your body performing at its peak. Even if you haven’t even gone walking, you can start a fitness journey. It all starts with moving your body a little more every day until you can sustain a 30-60 minute workout 4-5 times a week. You’re gonna have to dig deep for this one! Take a listen.

This lesson shared some of the science behind the importance of why exercise is important for your body. Just know that every step counts. Begin your movement journey and don’t look back. It is the journey itself that promotes transformation!

You are strong enough to do it and you are never too old or out of shape to start working out regularly. It will be an adjustment. But you will find it is the best decision you’ve made for yourself in years!
