In this lesson I want to talk about how plant foods heal the body. Hear me out because is valuable information! Remember keep an open mind because this is life saving stuff!
Healing your body is possible! Plants heal! And if you are sick or obese, you have nothing to lose by giving this lifestyle a try. The answer to our health problems our health problems is a whole food, plant-based diet. It is the only solution that has been proven effective in countless situations.
A whole foods, plant-based diet doesn’t include any meat, poultry, fish, dairy, or eggs. A vegan diet, by contrast, only eliminates animal products but still includes processed foods. A WFPB emphasizes a large variety of whole, natural foods. Whole plants in their natural state. These foods have the power to transform your life from the inside out. Take a listen.
It is clear that whole food, plant-based diet results in less risk of disease and increased well-being. It reduces the risk of so many health conditions. When you eat a whole food, plant-based diet, you are more likely to reach your weight loss goals. You are also nourishing your body with foods full of nutrients that nourish the body.
Breaking from the SAD because difficult because it is ingrained in us. But it is easier to be plant-based now than ever before. Whether you can do it or not is a test of your commitment and your willpower. Give it a try! You have nothing to lose! Once you get into a groove and find recipes that you love, you will realize that this is the best decision you could ever make for yourself!
