The Power of Self-Care

Hello friend!

Are you neglecting yourself? Do you put everyone else before yourself? Are you tired? Remember, a huge part of self-love is self-care. My friend, it’s time to start taking better of yourself. Like TODAY. You deserve some much better! You live a busy life and you need to find moments of peace and self-love. Working on your self-esteem is a big part of self-love. And create a plan for self-care is a big part of that.

This lesson is about helping you see why self-care is a cornerstone of a transformation journey. You cannot expect to be at your best every day without taking pauses to reassess. The human body requires care, rest, and love and we need to seek opportunities to feel nourished and loved. Give that to yourself. Take time for yourself and take a listen.

Self-care care looks different for different people. And self-care is NOT selfish! You need strength and rest to be able to take care of those around you. You’re more excited to see your loved ones because you’ve taken care of yourself first. Self-care is incredibly productive. Your own needs to be met too.

How you show up for yourself demonstrates how you show up in life. It won’t always be perfect but it’s important to put in the effort. This is the foundation for living an incredible life!

Always remember, You are capable of amazing things and You are worthy of your wildest dreams!
