Hello friend!

Food intolerances and sensitivities are extremely common.

That’s why it is recommended that one experiencing these issues do an elimination diet, which are the gold standard for identifying food intolerances, sensitivities, and allergies from diet. This lesson will help you see how food may be causing some of your health problems. Take a listen.

By eliminating and slowly reintroducing certain foods into your life, you can monitor possible reactions. Think of diets like the Whole30. It is important to eliminate all things that could possibly cause an adverse reaction in your body. Following an elimination diet is about eliminating symptoms, eliminating dis-ease, increasing nutrient content, decreasing irritant content, and bringing your body back to balance and happiness.

Then start introducing foods back into to your body and see which cause reactions and which don’t.
