What is the Perfect Diet?
Hello friend!
No two people are the same, so (spoiler alert!) there is no perfect diet! It’s all about finding what works best for you! Humans thrive on many different diets and there is no way to prove which is best. People just don’t know what to eat, so I want to talk about what it takes to find the best diet for you.
Take your nutrition into your own hands. Every food decision you make can either help or hurt your efforts to get healthy. So making the right decision for you is about figuring out which way of eating supports your wellness and makes you feel good. Take a listen.
The reality is, friend, that no one can tell you what diet is best for you. It is about figuring what you do and do not want for yourself. We will talk all about the plant-based lifestyle later in the course, but just know that what works for everyone might not work for you.
You simply have to find a way of eating that your enjoy while simultaneously nourishing your body in the best way. Start by making small changes and seeing what you can sustain and what makes you feel good. Finding the right diet for you is a process but you are strong enough to figure it out. You have the power and you can do it!
